We do 2-week playoffs (Round 1 - Weeks 13-14, Round 2 - Weeks 15-16). 10-team, 4 teams make the playoffs. Next year we might expand to 6 teams.. Round 1 is one week, Rounds 2 and 3 two weeks, extending to Week 17. We chose not to add Week 17 several years ago due to teams cashing it in and throwing in backups. Once you play your 5 division rivals 2x each, that's 10 games done and you can't play each of the other 6 unless you do something like a four-team, two-week playoff which includes a week 18 ship. 12-team, 3 div works perfectly now -- 6 games in-div, play everyone else 1x, three weeks left for playoffs and you still skip the last week.
